Can you anyone translate the numbers, or kanji, on the attached photos? Seems to be a sticker for inventory?
I apologize for the multiple photos as I'm not sure of the proper orientation.

Even though it looks like the fuse has been removed , the explosive material shown here in the red area also needs to be removed to make it safe.

My picture was just for reference. What the OP has seems to be just the end cap, judging from the posted photos. But it's hard to tell for sure from those photos.

Anyway, better safe than sorry, so your information is helpful.
