trying to make a simple Kuripe from bamboo

Hi there again,

I'm looking for a kind soul who might spare minute of their time to translate this
packet of wood glue instructions.
I just need the basics on how to apply it and how long it takes to dry!
I am making a Kuripe from bamboo and want to make sure I get it right.

That's multipurpose glue; you can use the remainder on other stuff.

Turn the cap around and use it to poke a hole in the tube. Spread it on, put the pieces together. Usual stuff. Firms up in 15 minutes, done in three hours.

The glue remains tacky even after drying so if you have any exposed on the surface ("squirtage" from between the pieces) be sure to wipe it off right away or it will turn into a dust magnet.

Post a picture when you get done and it will save me having to google up what the heck a Kuripe is.

And what it should eventually look something like.
It is used for snorting Rapé which is an Amazonian shamanic snuff.

Looks like you did a very nice job on the cut and matching up the pieces. Nice work.

If you have any of the stuff you snort with it, I hope it is a legal substance to have in Japan. If it isn't (or you're simply not sure), then for the love of god never have it on you when you leave the house and if you have any left when you get ready to leave, flush it.

some shamanic snuff concoctions contain yopo seeds which contain DMT
it's fine in the West ...I think. Don't know about Japan

Assuming customs calls it a tobacco product, you are allowed 500 grams. If, however, they call it a stimulant, you could be in trouble.

Are you planning on using it in public?

If you don't know, then treat it like it is illegal here. Even if it isn't, you don't want the hassle that will go with waiting for the cops to figure that out if you get stopped with it on you.

hey kind soul found this in the thread you wouldnt happen to have the measurments or angle you cut that bamboo at ? im having a hard time trying to match mine up like yours
