You need to use command form. Use "kono fuku" for "these clothes" and "ni" for particle "into."

(anata no) suitcase ni kono fuku o oite kudasai.

But rather than "oku," "ireru" is better verb choice I think.

oku = put or place // ireru = put into

I understand now why ireru is a better verb choice but I am confused as to where to put it. Do I replace oite?

Yes except use を for the object.
To use ireru replace oku.
あなたのスーツケースにこのふくをいれてください∘
