How to say: To show up.

Hello guys,

While trying to write some verbs I got stuck in the verb "To Show Up".

My phrase was:

"By now he hasn't come (yet)."

What some websites gave to me was: 出る but I don't know if it's right or wrong.

今まで、 彼は出くなかった。

My other question is, could I fit a "yet", how could this be?

I would say 今のところ彼はまだ来ていない.

まだ can only be used with negative verb form?

Unlike 今まで, 今のところ has a nuance that the current state might change in future, so it's compatible with まだ.

まだ also can be used in affirmative sentences, but the meaning is different form the negative one.
e.g.
在庫がまだある。
The stock still remains.

I would translate that,
在庫がまだある。
as this,
There is still stock.

However, I would translate this,
The stock still remains.
as this,
在庫はまだ残っている。

But, your advise about still is correct in my opinion.

おいおい、決算期だってのにまだこんなに在庫あんのか よ。
This ある has a nuance of 残ってる i.e. "to remain", doesn't it?
(The example sentence might be from my current situation in real life. )
