My translation: "I still really regret those three things [lit. those three things are still really regretted]. In particular, I think the matters of the juice and the shower became obstacles to her understanding true Japanese culture."
Is this OK? I'm not sure I have the overall tone and purpose correct. The three things previously mentioned all seem trivial, and not meriting these kind of comments.
2. このお父さんには、スーザンのすることがあまり気にならないらしい。
My translation: "The father seemed not to be very bothered by Susan's actions."
Is this OK?
3. このうちの子供たちは、前からよくお母さんの手伝いをしている。
This is presumably something about children often helping their mother, but I am unsure about このうち and 前から.
Does このうち mean "(the children in) this home"?
What's the best way to translate 前から?

もちろん、そんなことから、日本人の友達ができることもあるのだが、自分が利用されているような気持ちがするというアメリカ人は少なくない。
