大丈夫?あたま いたくない ですか?
今日、しごと?

れいな いつも ありがとうね

Good morning
Are you alright? You don't have a headache do you?
Do you work today?

Thank you as always Reina.

It seems to be casual (sort of) and I can't tell if there's more than one speaker (it seems kind of one sided) so I may have missed something (I'm better with polite speech).

Literally it's the following:

Good morning
Alright/Okay? head not pain?
today, job?

Reina always thank you

Thank you Angel. I appreciate it. Google translate is usually good but not this time.

Their translation was:

Yo us
OK? Do not want head?
Today, by the?

I always thank Reina

Had no idea what that meant.

I can't get what's the verb from いたくない. The closest I could get was the adjetive いたみ, but it's not even a verb!.
Also, from the last ね, can we asume that they are in fact 2 women taking?

Yes, いたくない is not a verb but a negative form of the adjective いたい. いたみ is a noun or the nominal usage of the -masu form stem of the verb いたむ.
