Temple U Japan, Or elsewhere?

I have plans on going to Temple university for the 2011 Spring school year, Though, I'm not quite sure about these people, Cause they have other courses and makes me think i'm going to get a half-@$$ education from these people.
Has anyone attend this place for Japanese Learning? Or can someone recommend me a place of study?

Students at Temple U study to earn degrees in various areas of study--like in any American college. It's not a Japanese language school.
