in my genki workbook i need to translate this sentence:

I often ate hamburgers when I was a child

would that be:

watashi wa yoku kodomo no toki ni hanbaga wo tabemashita?

thanks!

kodomo no toki (ni?) yoku hanbaga wo tabemashita

heh. i'm kinda confused on that... not sure about the ni and the placement of yoku! unfortunately i'm studying on my own like i mentioned in another post, so I have no teacher to answer my questions ;(

Kodomo no toki/koro (ni) hanba-ga- wo yoku tabemashita.
Kodomo no toki/koro (ni) yoku hanba-ga- wo tabemashita.

Both sentences above are correct. "Yoku Kodomo no toki/koro (ni)~" is also acceptable, somewhat awkward, though.
