relative clause & larger sentences

皆さん、お久しぶりですね！最近ＪＲＥＦを使わなくて すみませんでした。実は３週間ぐらい前に引越ししたば かりですから、最近は忙しくて大変ですよね。だから日 本語があまり勉強しませんが、今、質問がありますよ！
So, I know how to do these types of clauses and such.
日本に行きたい人･･･ - the person who wants to go to japan
草を食べる動物･･･ - the animals who eat grass
etc...
But, I'm wondering how to exactly get across sentences like this:
The person with whom I'm going to this store is happy.
The place where I'm going is fun.
Or something like that. I was wondering if some things are implied, or you should use certain particles.. For example:
お店へ行く人が幸せです。 or お店に行く人とが幸せです。
Like, I'm not sure about the second sentence, but to me, the first one says "The person who's going to the store is happy." so I thought make adding the と might specify it more, but maybe I'm wrong. please tell me which is correct or the correct answer if its completely wrong!

The person with whom I'm going to this store is happy.

Oh... Wow, I feel stupid. LOL That was pretty obvious. I'm just going to blame that on the fact that I was sick....
