ゆうこうせい pronunciation

Hello,
Sorry for what might seem a silly question. I'm trying to learn pronunciation, and I was browsing words and phrases that have an attached sound file. I came across this word, and I thought the pronunciation was yuukousei. But, in the sound file, the person speaking seems to be saying it as yuuanasei.
I would post the url, but it seems I can't post third party urls until I have a certain number of posts.
The url also says yuukou, which adds a bit to my confusion.
My question is, is the pronunciation in the sound file correct and if so ... are there other similar words or phrases that resemble ゆうこうせい in pronunciation? Is there a name for this sort of pronunciation characteristic, like "rendaku"?

ゆうこうせい(有効性？) is never pronounced as ゆうあなせい in any case.

Toritoribe is correct regarding the kanji, that's what it says on the site. As for the attachment of the url, I've put it in my profile so that it can be accessed a bit easier.

I've listened to it again this afternoon, and I still can't make out a "ko" in the middle of the pronunciation so I can rule out tiredness.

Stick with "Arigatou gozaimasu" alone.

My guess is that the word is 有孔性 （ゆうこうせい - porosity) and 孔 kou (on-yomi) is mispronounced as ana (kun-yomi).

Yeah, in fact, I, too, thought ゆうあな might be a mispronunciation of 有孔 by association from the word "有孔虫[ゆうこうちゅう]; foraminifer."

Oh ok, so just to make things clear:

有孔虫 is pronounced as ゆうこうちゅう which is yuukouchuu in romaji
有効性 (in the url) is pronounced as ゆうこうせい as well? Thus, the possible reason the person in the file said, ゆうあなぜい for有効性 is because, she thought that since 有効性 looked similar to 有孔虫 and that since 孔 has an "ana" reading, she just misguessed the pronounciation and said ゆうあなぜい?

And a foraminifer is something that lives in the ocean?
