what do you think of Miyavi taking his Piercings out ??
He has just taken out the one´s of his face, but last week I saw something irritating.

I think on the newest Pics his right Earplug is out, too ??!!

no it wasnt against you, I was talking in general (I was talking alot offtopic lately too soo yeah). I think it's mainly because there isnt much new stuff to talk about Miyavi since there's nothing new out and no concerts... just his blog entries every now and then *sigh*

Mh I dont know about the piercings. At the beginning i was really sad about it because I so love boys with piercings. But I got used to it tho. Whats more sad to me is that Aoi took them out too.

I havent noticed anything about the ear-plug... i wonder why he does that tho.

I have also noticed that there are many German people here but I don't care really where you all are from, we are all the same, and different and then the same again
I'm not German anyway, never been to Germany either.
I also don't care if conversation goes off topic at times, we all love Myvs anyway in the bottom, it wont change just because we talk about other things once in a while!

About the piercings, we had a deep long discussion about it, back when he removed them, with many theories, forth and back.

Some of us thought he gotten an infection in one or more of them, me personally thought he gotten allergic to some metal that wasn't genuine.

But he never really did let us know why he removed them ... ☝

I thought about some things.


About the meaning of when I got my piercings.

My facial piercings, I got before I debuted as a solo artist,
when my band broke up, you see.

My band which was my everything broke up,
so I gotta carry it all by myself from now on.

I'd carry it all.

Even though I knew this in my head
My heart kinda hesitated.
After all I had anxiety and there were complications.

I also had never sung on stage before, you know. lol

Therefore in order to remind myself
I wanted "something that I can see with my eyes"

That's why I got the tattoos
and my piercings.

But I somehow got way off track
from my life plan
and was much later than planned and such,
but I felt something like
"I'm REALLY living life now, aren't I".

Well, I supposed there was the whole timing of
my birthday being after the world tour ending.

And here I was talking about the world, the world,
and I've now looked all around that world, which is a different thing from the image I had.
so it's given me a lot of faith.

Then the whole Due'le thing and such also lightened up, in a good way,
ﾂ（my band's name, you knowﾂ）

Becoming able to simply sing,
the songs from when I was on stage in a band,
and like my way of grasping things has changed more purely

from that my feelings are being more and more even.

And then suddenly I've been able to feel like

Aw I don't need it


And today at 4:22 AM
I have taken out my lipring too.

It feels kinda weird. lol

Man, like
I sure am fresh and clean.

Like I can't wait to show Mr. Sun.

Like I want to be wrapped in dazzling light.

But well anyhoo,

Would I say that I've taken off?
Or would I say that I'm climbing the stairway of adulthood?

@Tsuki no Uta: yeah I've read this one, I was only talking about the ear-plug tho, I know that he wont put his lip piercing in anymore

I can hardly picture him in the future without any jewel at all, it's just a weird feeling somehow (wont make him less pretty tho xD)

i doubt miyavi would get rid of his tattoos... since there are a lil bit too many of them, it would be quite difficult and he would prolly have some very ugly scars to deal with *of course, on him it would be beautiful*

I saw a Granny at the beach from mallorca...
she ´had an original japanese tattoo on her back...a samurai all over...and it has looked awesome increase she was near 70 years old, I think.

I have five tattoos...right arm, left arm, chest, back and my complete right leg... workin hard on a "bodysuit"

I have the same Face Piercings that MYV had...(I had two lip Piercings, but that was too much) ...and one in my tongue...and one in my upper right ear

I have had my nose piercing since I was 16 and I'll have it until the day I die, screw what anyone would think, I personally never even think about it.

Ok, the lip piercing he had, could have seemed a bit adolescent. But at least he still wears earrings, perhaps that is enough for a 25+ guy.

I don't either think he could ever remove all the tattoos, they are just too many ...

October 12th ... hm, that would have been still in the very beginning when I got here, and I still had a huge crush on Shou also ... so no ... didn't use to read them, still don't, but I read the translations at the MySpace translator page when Nex posts them nowadays

I don´t really mind him taking his piercings out..not like he transformed to a "normal" person with it. It´s just another phase of his life. It changed so much, him leaving the PS company and so on...yeah I read his blogs.
