True Japanese :
- Heritage
Born from 2 Japanese parents
- Patriotic
Love and proud of Japan
- Nationality
Have Japanese nationality

If you met up all those 3 condition then you are a true Japanese.

What is the source of this obsession of yours? If you were at least Japanese yourself I could perhaps understand it. Is your own country not sufficiently large to contain your identity crisis?

You're at the very least a xenophobe, and I wonder how long it will be until we are treated to open racist content from you.

You should question yourself wether you are a true Japanese or not before asking why I did this even I'm not a Japanese.

It seems you are not, since I don't see you vote in this topic. Are you one of those wannabe Japanese?

No, I needn't question myself whether I am a true Japanese or not. I'm not the one sitting in another country and obsessing over the (non)issue.

It is hilarious that a person who has made the posts you have made here so far asks someone if they are a wannabe Japanese. You seem to be the poster child for wannabe Japanese.

How about you are starting to take it a little bit easy yourself. You are making threads, posts, replies... in where you are asking to be banned.
If you read Mike Cash his post, you will see that he is all but a wannabee Japanese.

I am not True Japanese. will never be one, and you will not find many true Japanese on this forum except for maybe 2-3. Please read a little bit more on this website before you start posting again.

May I ask what your origin is?

I hope the OP is kidding about all of this, including his website, otherwise he has clearly lost his mind.

Well, I entered my state of being--although it's not such a clear-cut matter. Now I think it will be clear that your definition of what a 'true' Japanese person is, is, your definition--I will hold with that definition for this poll alone.

I am kind of Japanese in a sense, because environment does have some influence on the neurological matter--and not just heredity alone. However, I was born in California, USA; grew up in Alabama, USA--until after my first year of college, then moved to Arizona, USA; before moving here. In the meantime I had had the privilege of living with people from Mexico, India, and Japan. I had the opportunity to spend some three years working with Chinese--from the mainland. So...what am I? Does it really matter?

Yes, it matters, ASIAN Hero san !!! It matters very, very much. I am exactly the same as you !! Did you know that? I am every bit a human being as you are--or as any and every person living in Japan is. You see? It matters that we are all human. . . and that's where is stops.

I'll again remind you of what Dutch Baka has said above; PLEASE, lighten up a bit...it's only been two days, now.

I find the word "true" to be a bit off here, whether for naturalized or the "patriotic" Japanese varieties. But, that's just me.

what the hell is his point in any case? If we are not born Japanese we aren't allowed to adopt good points from their culture into our lives? Or are we supposed to ignore all of them forever and live in caves afraid of lightning?
Who cares like mars man said were all human who gives a dam were we where born or to whom. So Japanese have slanted eyes and are short. I guarantee that those facts in the grand scheme of things are so insignificant its not even funny.

This is shocking seeing as still no true Japanese vote in this topic yet and it seems there are a few member in this topic who even don't vote, maybe they have a hard time to even say they are not a Japanese since they want to be one.

Maybe ??

I guess it shows how much interest people have in your agenda. You come across as racist because you are so radical in expressing your views. You join a forum and push around like a bull in the china shop. We are a happy family here at JREF and you enter our home and run around screaming wildly. You beg to be thrown out on your ear for rude and obnoxious behaviour.

Uncle Frank

Have you carefully looked at his bizarre Asian pride link? It's worth a few minutes to check it out.

You know, if anyone came on here with a similar "WHITE Pride" agenda, we'd toss him out on his ear in about two minutes flat. He comes across as racist because he is racist.

According to this racist definition, a person like Yo Hitoto is not a true japanese. Her father is from Taiwan.

Yo Hitoto - Wikipedia

This forum is in english therefore most of the users are not japanese. Only about 5% of the users regard themselves as japanese. Our japanese Jref friends are very valuable, because they can give us an "inside" perspective.
Where are you from ?

Many users have one japanese parent or are married to a japanese, these are thus linked to japanese families. Some are US citizens with japanese parents. Japanese were due to racist policies during WWII forced to claim that they were American patriots or otherwise be treated as enemies. Racist ideology destroys people - therefore I find that we should ignore this kind of threads and observe the behavior of people like Asian Hero carefully.

old tiwanese is the true Japanese more than the today's Japanese

Yes, I also think I see the traditional Japanese spirit in quite a few old-generation Taiwanese.

I can see many member in here giving bad comment, what is soo bad asking you are true or not. I'm sure they were offended because they dream to be a Japanese while they fact they just dream.
About the ASIAN Pride link, are you jealous? nothing wrong being proud of what you have. I think you were jealous especially the part saying Asian girls are Asians greatest pride while you yourself are not an Asian who love Asian girl. This forum limiting signature size, if not I have been using one of those Asian pride signatures in here.

I see that you reside in Indonesia. Have you ever been to Japan? Who gave you the authority to determine who is "true Japanese?"

There is nothing wrong asking who are true or not even I'm not one of them. There is no one that need someene eles to give them autority just to ask wether they are true or not.

No, I never go to Japan.

So does that mean that I can just make anything up I want, simply because I can?

This is the most horribly pathetic case of identity crisis I think I've ever seen.

And the "pot calling the kettle black" nature of his repeated comments about us wanting to be Japanese, while apparently somehow imagining himself to be semi-Japanese by virtue of being from the same hemisphere, is just mind-boggling.

He's an anime nut who wants to co-opt credit for Japanese anime for Indonesia....... just because of his race?

He wants to claim 3/4 of the world's oil supply..... as though he thinks that's going to get him a royalty check or something?

He does a far better job of viewing Asian women as objects to be possessed than any delusional white guy I've ever met.

Can't he come up with anything to just be proud of Indonesia about? Is there nothing there? In order to bolster his self-image he has to go through the pathetic effort to co-opt things from Japan and Saudi Arabia?

And it is just beyond bizarre that some kid who is not Japanese himself, has never been to Japan himself and knows nothing about Japan other than what he has picked up from overdosing on anime comes here knowing nothing about any of us and immediately demands a complete change in site management based on race, starts a poll based questioning not only race but also placing qualifying characteristics on the race, casts unfounded aspersions on the character of members, and isn't given the boot as either a racist or a troll.

AH (appropriate initials), do you suppose that sitting thousands of miles away, never having been here, and setting yourself up as the sole arbiter of a non-issue such as who is "true Japanese" is somehow going to make you Japanese? I have news for you: There are Japanese people who do care about such things....and they would consider your Indonesian butt just as foreign and non-Japanese as they do my white one.

So does that mean that I can just make anything up I want, simply because I can?
If just asking someone true or not then you don't need to be one of them and no you can't make anything up.

Mike Cash don't be jealous of what writen in my signature because you are not an Asian even you think you are one since your location said Japan. If you are not a Japanese then you should not put Japan as your location since it just make you a wannabe Japanese.

I've been living in Japan longer than you've been living in Indonesia, so I think I'll just leave my flag as it is.

You think every foreigner who resides in Japan thinks they're Japanese? Actually, we're the main ones who don't have that particular delusion.
