求 means "seek" or "ask" or "request" or "demand"
答 means "answer"

Also, I see you've circled 愛 and 求 together. Not sure if you know this but the sentences there go from left to right.

They make more sense when from left to right though Oo;
I just look at the entire paragraph as a whole instead of individually lol
But this comic from right to left doesn't make sense and the Kana seem to be off when doing right to left..maybe this author did left to right?

Its not each kana or kanji from right to left, but the kana and kanji that make up the words in a paragraph that makes it right to left.

No wonder I was confused XD

Yes indeed. Readings are ヒ and と・ぶ and the radical is itself (飛) [9 strokes].
