Could I receive an explanation of the differences in nuance between the following?

(I know it's that 「の」, but ...)

Many thanks.

This is the most neutral among the three.
Asking "are you hungry" in a casual manner.

(I know it's that 「の」, but ...)
The の add some "softening" effect. Sounds milder than others.
Females tend to use this, though it sounds just mild, not necessarily feminine.
(And it is quite normal for male to use this.)

This sounds a bit rough somehow - because of か.
Same about すいてるか?.
Like "hungry, er?" perhaps?
Although か used with です・ます just convert the sentence into question, combination of dictionary form and か makes it sounds more than casual, a bit rough, or strong, tough.
Mainly used by male.
(This could sound demanding, or accusing, depending on the tone and context, too, though not always.)

Thanks for the great explanation, undrentide! It clarified a number of things and brought one or two new things to light as well. Very much appreciated!

Those different expressions are so much taken granted, I realize it is not easy to explain the difference and nuance of each once started... so I'm glad if it helps. 😅

I love this forum, I learn always learn new things when I visit !

thanks guys

Doesn't the の here, in question form with a rising intonation, express some sense of surprise or expectation that for some reason the other person wouldn't or shouldn't be hungry ? And I know men do use it a lot in this context... 😅

By the way.... I'm not completely sure, but I think is the most informal....or おなかすいてきた?

Thanks for the information, Elizabeth!

It's very strange how unisex our society has become (like seldom women wear skirts anymore, some use "boku" for refering to myself, etc.), women never say
