I believe it's just another point based system that has been essentially scrapped.

Well, at least this took less time to disburden than the negative rep system. Just out of curiousity, I'd love to have an insight sometime into how these decisions come about. Perhaps an addendum to the "How does what at JREF" thread. is in order :?
