dude. a care package would be awesome. filled with everything we could think of to make him happy. and i could think of some stuffs. its wrose but i know what hes talkin about, which makes me sad. nobody should have to go thorugh that. nobody.

and he must not be too depressed, because i really think he has the hope that one day he will fly, and that he is loved, adored, but as most celebs, he want something personal, something deep, and he deserves as does every human being.
like, he knows his fans love him, but that is not enough. its a differnet love. not what hes searching for.

Hello, I'm new to this forum and also a fairly new fan of Miyavi. ^^V
I'm here to share a few of my observations and to see what ya'll think of them o.o (Cause observing people is just something I like to do =);.. )
I've seen people talking about how this new "sensitive" Miyavi is such a change, but honestly I think this side of him has been here the whole time. The whole egotistical thing was just his stage act. For him to be able to write the songs and lyrics that he has- he has to be in touch with his feelings and emotions ("Papamama nozomare nu baby" for example). He's getting older and with that comes maturity. He most likely doesn't feel the need to be overly hyperactive and goofy anymore (which I feel were a dramatization of his actual personality and sense of humor). I believe he's still our fun loving Miyavi, he's just tired and over worked. =(
That latest journal of his hits hard. Much like darknoonthirty and Broken Rose Ren have admitted to, I'm also in a state of not loving myself. Him feeling that way about himself doesn't really surprise me, for some reason he never struck me as someone who thinks highly of themselves (Now actually stating that fact on his journal is something that surprises me though ^^;.. ).
For me, seeing things like this show how he truly is just a normal human being like you and me. I hold that dearly, that this is something we are essentially going through "together" and I only hope as his fan I can help and inspire him as much as he has me (Even if I've only known him for just over a month =P)
That excerpt of "flying" really gets me too. I'm sure it's a common concept and phrase, to want to "fly above" but it's been my thing for quite some time now. I've even been pondering getting a tattoo of wings encircling my wrist with "Fly" written above them... Meh, I dunno I guess it just makes me feel special =3
A care package is an adorable idea, I'd love to contribute in anyway I can. He apparently loves his fans very much and I'm sure such a gesture would only make that love even greater. To see how much we fans really do care about his well-being. Caring for someone and knowing that the care is mutual is a wonderful feeling =)
I only hope our love for him will keep him happy long enough to find that missing piece inside of him. So that he can finally have and experience true happiness and love (Wee I sound like a gushing idiot XD).
So that is my first and also very long (I'm incredibly sorry v.v) post. Do you feel the same I do about teh Meevs or am I completely off in left field xD?

XD that entry, isnt everso suprising, its just that no one see's the emotional values of "famous" people untill its down in writing. and it almost suprises people that he can feel like that, because money and fame isnt actually everything. [this isnt aimed at anyone in paricular ok? no offence should be taken ne??] i do think its incredibly sweet that Myv will share his feelings with us [his fans] very openly, whereas many other famous people will keep their feelings and such hidden from he public eye. [anyways, thats a bit crappy and rambly but thats me XD] and yes, everyone does need to learn to love themselves, no matter how hard it is. because, from what he said [my interpritation/views] no matter how many people may love you [fans/family/friends], and whatever they might think of you still wont love yourself if you dont beleive in yourself and what you can do, no matter what others say. Only you can beleive and love yourself. [i still need to do that to a certain extent] but so long as you have the constant support, you can, and will get through problems.

and da meeve is a big goof, and enjoys the funny, but he, like most people, has many sides to him. theres teh stage presence that people think is him, then there is the real him, and inside the real him there are many different parts.

and honestly, not many people bought the stage presence, and if you did, im so very very sorry because you got the wrong idea of him.

and i have to agree with Jamie_kay, no matter how many people support you, its you that has to accept yourself. but the people don't hurt any. and even if thoes people are fans, friends, or even family...and no matter what they say...it will always come down to you.

Uh huh, I totally agree. We are like a huge long distance family. Although, sad. I'm glad Meev wrote that journal, it showed his sensitive side. It showed that even he could be affected by these feeling of anguish. He's not just some bionic spazz that pawns all, he has feelings.

If you did buy that he was a spazz and nothing else, then that's really sad because everyone has alternate sides to them for we are all human.

If you want to send something hand written email and I'll give you an address to send it to. You can send stuff to me over the computer also and I'll print it out. darknoonthirty, suggested that we send him his lyrics to "We Love You" and sign it. If you have a scanner, you can scan your signature and send it to me and I'll copy it onto the lyrics sheet and if you don't, but you really want your signature to be on the sheet, send me mail with your signature on it and I'll scan it my self.

The dead line to send stuff is October 6th (I may extend it), just be sure to send your love by then. Also, please tell other fans of Miyavi that are not on this site to send their entries. Give them my email address. Thanks.

I just joined earlier today after finding this thread on Google, and it's great to finally get to chat with other Miyavi fans! (I don't know anyone else in my area who even listens to any J-rock!)

I've only recently discovered Miyavi's music, but already I'm hooked. I know this must sound really cheesy, but hearing Miyavi's music has helped me so much with certain problems, and I think I can safely assume that he'll most likely be my fave singer for a long time.

Anyway, I read the journal post, and I love the idea of a care pack. I'll be sure to submit something for it, I'd love to be able to help cheer Miyavi up!

(I'm afraid it might not be so great to use Babelfish for this though, it tends to translate single words rather than whole sentences, so what comes out rarely makes sense. It is quite interesting translating sentences into Japanese and then back into English though, just to see what it comes out with. )

DO NOT USE BABELFISH!!!!!!! It looks all cute, but when you translate it back to english, it makes no sense.

Here is what I suggest, since this is a Japanese Ref site, post a thread in the Japanese section and have someone who can translate without using a online translator and have them do it for you. If you have an friend that is a Japanese native, get help from them. Online translator = bad.

@darknoonthirty: We do f**king rock. To emphasize the last line we can have it go on a seperate page and then increase the font and bold/underline it and have more signatures surround it.
