Theme Park for kids

Hi,

I read so much useful info about Japan from this forum which really benefit me alot.

As I will be flying to Tokyo next month and planning where I can go with my kid in Tokyo on 18 Oct, Thursday.

I heard about Tokyo City Dome and saw a "Power Ranger" greet & meet at the park (my boy is a big fan of Power Ranger and all) but as their web are in Japanese Lang, so I have difficulties to understand certain schedule, park entrance fee and etc...

Beside, Tokyo City Dome where else can I go?

Your reply and suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

We have been to Tokyo Disney March this year and I would like to visit Puroland for myself if time permit.
FYI, I've watched a musical show by Hello Kitty and friends during the Yokoso! Japan Street Fiesta which is really good. The video clip can be found in my son's blog little Monster Time: May 2006
So many nice places to see but so little time...

Closed for good or just closed the day you went there? It happened to me last October when I went there on a Tuesday. They were closed that day and the next but open on Thursday. I would definitely recommend calling ahead.

According to the official website of Bandai Museum, it was closed for good on 31st August 2006 - only about two weeks ago.

"Town Bandai museum of a toy" seems to open in Mibu-cho, Tochigi .
There seems to become more big theme parks this time.
An exhibition thing seems to be moved there.

I would like to bring my DS to watch the Hero on Oct 18 or meet & greet them if possible but can't quite figure out the schedule and stuffs...I think it mentioned "NO Show" on Oct 18.
Does it mean that the hero's section in the park is closed on that day?

Please help me. Thanks a lot.
