Help me identify this song! I think it's city pop? I tried Shazam, the Google music search feature, and a bunch of other websites but no luck. Any ideas on the song? Thanks so much!!

It's the audio from a video my girlfriend took while skiing in Japan! Neither of us really know Japanese, though--I tried using google translate to transcribe the lyrics and searched on Genius | Song Lyrics & Knowledge and Uta-Net but I don't think I got it right. :/
