Can anyone make out the info on this helmet liner, if possible?...Thanks.

I don't know what the inscription on the top means (イ―三), but the one on the bottom is a name
池田博 (Ikeda Hiroshi). Ikeda is the family name.

The top one could be a size, or could relate to a military unit. It seems like an abbreviation of something.
