I wish to locate my niece father

Hi everyone! I'm May, from the Philippines. I'd like to ask help if there's anyway I could find my niece father. My sister was an entertainer in Japan and got pregnant by a Japanese businessman which my sister will only call him Rai Fujiwara. To make it more shorter, my sister hide everything ang burn every little proof such as pictures of my niece's father due to heart break and never return to japan again after giving birth here in the Philippines.
As an Aunt, I want to grant my niece wish to find his father even his mother doesn't want.
I hope someone can give me advice how will I locate his father. And also, is there any DNA testing that can show ancestry record in your country?

Try some of the organizations listed here. I don't think DNA testing is very common or popular in Japan yet.

As an aunt, why do you think your desires for the child are more important than the mother's? If the child herself wants to find her biological father, that's another story. But you've made no mention of your niece's desires in this matter. Be careful that you don't open a rift in your family by pursuing this.

I read this as meaning the niece wants to know. "I want to grant my niece wish"

I missed that (thank you for pointing it out!), but still, with a niece and nephews of my own, I can easily see how this could create a lot of division within the family. I suppose the age of the niece would be a very important consideration as well. Even if done completely out of altruism, pursuing this path could be taken by the mother as undermining her, fairly or not. That would most certainly lead to problems. If the niece is already an adult, then undermining the parent is less of a concern in my humble opinion.

Ultimately, the core practical problem is that the mother is trying to do everything within her power to bury the father in the past. That's not a lot of information to go off of.
