McAfee used due to Jcom is expiring- do we have pay for it?

We have McAfee due to being required by Jcom but now it says Live Sense is expiring. Do we have buy it? I am hoping my wife will call them but who knows bad Jcom's telephone contact is. She might quit before finding out.

We are also with J:Com (TV, landline, internet package). Why are you required to use McAfee? And what is Live Sense?

Thanks for your reply. I was mistaken. McAfee came with the computer. Jcom said we weren't required to use it. By the way do you have lots of stability issues with using Jcom internet- I had problem with a Zoom call within Saitama prefecture and problem with internation calls and the internet connection falls a lot at certain times.

It works quite well most of the time. We sometimes have slight connectivity issues when my wife and I have concurrent online meetings.
