Although 読んでいます is the correct answer, sometimes 読んでます(without i) can be said. We sometimes omit this i in a casual way.
 
tsukurimasu = make ( to make )
chuumonshimasu = to make an order ?

Is the above correct .

You also used chuumonshimasuta so that would mean ' ordered " .
