Hello everyone! 
I was listening to some Japanese songs, and while I was trying to translate the song for myself as much as I could, I found something interesting.

I hope it is visible, if not, look here: たぶんきっと
たぶん is for perhaps, and きっと is for surely. Combining them together, isn't that a little bit weird?
Could someone give me an explanation why those two words can be used together, please? Does it have a special meaning in this way?
