You're in Japan - what are you going to do?

It seems like a few of us are heading over to Japan this autumn. Some will be staying longer than others. I am going October 15 for 8 days. Most of my time will be in Tokyo. My tentative plans are (in part):

1. Visit the Bandai Museum.
2. Visit Yokohama. While there, I plan to interview a former Godzilla suit actor who has opened his own sushi restaurant.
3. Visit friends at Toho Co.
4. Visit friends in Nagoya.

What do you plan to do?

i am going in just 2 days...! ill be in japan from 7 till 21 september, in Osaka... mainly

actually, my trip is kind of award it is study-tour award for outstanding students of japanese language im not so outstanding (my japanese certainly is not that good), but i am chosen to represent my wonderful country (for the first time!) in this kind of program...

so, i will be in ''japanese language institute kansai'' in osaka, but program includes study trip to Nara/Kyoto /Hiroshima and one weekend in Tokyo... i will have lectures of japanese, will experience Japanese culture, and also home stay for one weekend in Osaka
oh this is too much for me...! *falling...fainted*

I'll be going to Osaka in October for at least a year. I have an obsession with castles and churches, so I'm sure I'll visit every castle and temple I can. I'm really looking forward to seeing Kyoto too. I'll definitely be getting to Tokyo as often as I can as well. I've been told not to miss the Ghibli Museum there. Way too many things I want to see to list here.
ArmandIV, thanks for the tip. I didn't know there was a bandai museum. I'll certainly get there too. (I'm a big Godzilla and Ultraman dork) Are you writing a book on Toho or Godzilla?
