Yet another new person

Hello, My name is Chris and I'm a new member to this forum. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm very passionate about Japan, the culture, the lanuage etc..I took a japanese course last summer but haven't practiced lately. My grammar and vocabulary is limited to "Hi" "Bye" "Where is?" "Who is?" "What is?" etc....I want nothing more than to live and work there right now. If all else fails, I'll just visit. I recently graduated(2 days ago) from College with a B.A. in Sociology. Back in March I applied for an English teaching job with Nova.I got the interview but ended up not getting the job. I can tell you this was extremely discouraging and my passion began to die down. Now that I'm out of college and ready to take on life, I want to give it another shot. I'm in the process of applying with AEON. I'm looking forward to discussing with all of you. My goals for this forum are to
-practice my japanese speaking and writing skills
- discuss Japanese culture
- obtain information on applying and interviewing for jobs in japan

you came in the right place well, i guess i wont help you a lot with your first goal, but here is many people who will, i'm sure

Haha....I did miss that i forgot to mention I love forums. this honestly seems to look like the biggest japanese forum on the net. I'm looking forward to it

It is natural to know Japan is unlike where you are from.
Do your research before you make the hop,as you are already.
Nice to visit,but to live here is complicated at times.
Learning the language is a big bonus here.
