For days i've been trying to figure out "cascading torrent" in japanaese.

cascade is taki, and torrent, suiko. but i don't know what cascad is with the extra ing.

and i can't have it in kanji or hiragana or anything. i need it in romanji like i typed in, "taki".

What is suiko? I've never heard of that for torrent. Probably they would just say "torrential cascasde" or something, since "cascade" isn't a verb (same as waterfall, actually).

"Cataract" or "Torrential cascade" is "Taki" in Japanese. Because Japanese "Taki" has two meaning, "Cataract" and "fast flowing rapid".

And "Suikou" meaning "the flow of water" in Japanese. "Sui" is "Mizu/water" and "Kou" is "Iku/go". But usually, Japanese don't use this word "Suikou", Japanese use "Kyuuryuu" or "gekiryuu".

Suiko is from a show yoroiden samurai troopers that i've been obsessed with for years. The dub name for suiko is "torrent". ^^; My friend took her character armor and combined it with her favorite armor's. The result,

Tenku(u) no arashi

she translate it as Storm of Heaven.

so that's what i've been trying to do, and have been unsuccessful.

So together, what would "torrential cascade" or "cascading torrent" by when cascade is used to describe a waterfall?

Or maybe, "cascading flow of water"

i'm confusing myself!

Wouldn't this be more like a torrential downpour's high tide (?)

I don't know, but what you're actually looking for is maybe more likely some combination of "Kyuuryuu" or "gekiryuu" with teki.
