So to expand on my previous topic where going into an "advanced view" completely destroys any formatting you've done, I came up with a decent shortcut to change that. You can, yes, type it in a word document, then go into post new message, change to WYSWIG and paste, or review it before you post it and keep it in your history.

But how about a WYSWIG quick post box? We have a quick post box which is decent and has the general format, but I think it would be really cool to have an entire editor. We can already enlargen the message box by hiting the arrows. I don't know if it would take a lot of programming.
 
The current version of vBulletin (3.8.x) marks the end of the line and will no longer be updated by developers. We expect to switch to vB4 within the next few months, provided they manage to iron out all current bugs and glitches. It appears that the quick reply box has more advanced options in the latest version.
