Happy New Year to all....
Can anyone give me a idea as to the translation on this sake cup tray that I just picked up? The "two" kanji symbols in the one photo are on the back.
As always, thank you for the help!

除隊紀念 Souvenir commemorating discharge (from army or navy)
清水 Shimizu/Seisui (other pronunciations possible). ← In another thread, on another item, I thought this might be the name of the maker of the item. But it also may refer to the tray/cup being used to hold sake.
 
歩三四 might refers to 歩兵34連隊 the 34th Infantry Regiment.
