Writing a letter to Japan

Ok I have this small problem...My friend is having her birthday next month and I'm going to write her a birthday card!I have her adress but how the hell should I write it on the envelope??...Anybody from Europe who can help me on this ?? Or anybody else who has expirience?? ありがとう ございます !!!

Print clearly and it does not matter if you write in romaji. The post office will be able to deliver it.

You can start with the name on the first line,
Second line, the postal code and prefecture
Third line, the city, district or village, and then the street address if you have the space.

If you make it easy to read, and include all the correct information, it really doesn't matter which order it is in.

And make sure you use enough for postage. Post Office is the best way to find out.
