Would someone author a Japanese email for me?

I am trying to get a paint code and brand from a current Japanese bicycle. I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to email the bicycle company for me. Should be as easy as telling them that you want to paint your helmet to match your bike or that your bike was scratched.

These bikes are shipped all over the world, so the email could be from anywhere, but the site is in Japanese and the person reading the email may be more receptive to an email in Japanese.

We can discuss specifics via pm. I'd hate for the bicycle company to get spammed with emails. I'm of course willing to paypal you something for your trouble.

Google Translate

You could use Google's translate function to translate a very simply worded letter. If you make it too complex the translation would become nonsensical. You could read the company's reply in the same way.

You couldn't just ask the dealer you bought the bike from?
