Question World Cup in English

Anyone know why the World Cup games so far don't seem to have the sub-language option?
The JPN announcers have gotten marginally better, but...yeah, still awful.

Semi-answered my own question: The TV broadcasts don't have English commentary, but NHK is streaming the games with English (only) commentary, plus multiple camera angles.
