Working in Resorts?

Hello,
I am quite interested in working in a beach resort in Okinawa over the summer. I plan to apply through San Consulting.
I'm just wondering if anyone has done this before and could tell me about your experiences and the pros and cons of this job.

Don't know about the job or recruiter, but you probably need at least some Japanese to deal with customers, and you'll definitely need a proper visa. Even a working holiday visa, but that'll tax you 20%.

If it's only seasonal work, you probably won't get full visa sponsorship, and applicants already living in Japan with proper visas will get first dibs.
