I'm starting my Bachelor study next year and I was wondering about how hard it would be to get a Argriculture internship or job in Japan. If done a little bit of research but this is limited due to the fact that I dont speak Japanese. does anybody have any experience with this?

Thanks,

Simanba

Getting a job from outside Japan without Japanese proficiency is really difficult.

What I see people do is:
- Come to Japan, study the language and get a degree here, and find a job. Japanese companies only hire fresh graduates (not necessarily true, but most of the time)
- Get a job at a big company with a branch in Japan, and move here later
- Get a Japanese girlfriend, learn the language, get married and come to Japan under spouse visa and find a job here
- Get a master's degree here, and find a job

Internship in Japan is mostly a joke. I do know some companies have worthy internship programs here, but the rest is not worth your time. They are more like visiting the companies and do nothing and you don't get paid except transportation expenses - very much different from internships in other countries.

Thanks alot, this helps a great bunch on my challenge to move to Japan
