Winter Landscape Kanji Correct?

Hi!
I am just trying to decipher the calligraphy on this kakejiku of a winter landscape, and I was hoping someone might be able to help me...

I think the kanji on the right are -

山近朔風吹祷雪天寒落日淡孤村

And the left are -

杖描德士写

But as always, I am not sure if I have them all down, so if you can help me with any correction, I would really appreciate it!
