Question Which are the best valued jobs and technologies/languages as a developer in Japan?

I wanna move to Japan (I'm not sure if Osaka or Tokyo) in a year or so but I don't really know what IT Companies they currently work with in our loved Nippon country. What languages, frameworks or jobs are most valued in developer sector.

I'm Java, .NET and Python languages developer (learning Scala rn too) also Azure and AWS cloud service. Would I be fine with only that or should I learn something else like, idk, for example Ruby? I don't care about learning new technologies, if I start with time. I just want to be prepared for the moment I go.
