Where to buy Japanese Street Fashion?

A friend of mine wanted to ask a question about some Japanese Street Fashion Brand called Neighborhood or NBHD, only availible from Japan. Was wondering if any of you know where to buy them, like over the internet.

Erm... he is a 25-years-old white male. So, no pink Hello Kitty track suits or something like that.
