Where is a good place to see the train pushers in ther mornings?

i havent had the time to get there yet, though i have already chosen the station

you know the guys who squeeze everybody onto the trains in the mornings
usually subways but any ideas are welcome

I live between Shinjuku and Yoyogi park, near my office, never been on trains (other than Narita express) but somebody told me the "pushers" are called "eki-san".

"Eki" = Station
