I'm looking for Dragon Quest symphonic music to download.

Is there any website out there where I can pay a small fee for a music file download?

Which Japanese music sites have Dragon Quest music files (or a large no. of music files) for download?

If you use i-Pod, the Japanese i-Tunes store has Dragon Quest soundtracks for downloads. One song costs about 150 JPY.

If you don't care about downloading ilegally you can torrent it. If you want more info your going to have to PM me because we are not allowed to talk about them. Thats the case in most forums anyways.
