What's the difference between 良い and 良い

良い(as in ii) and 良い(as in yoi)

I don't see a difference yet sometimes it's written both ways.

いい is more colloquial and usually doesn't conjugate, i.e.,いくない, いかった, いくて, いければ or like that are not used.
よい is usually not used for sarcastic expression such like いい気味だ "It serves you right".
