What is the difference between "So detsu ne" and "So ne"

Consider how in English we can shorten "do not" to "don't"; it is similar to that.

"So ne" is more used by femaile, when it comes at the end of the sentence. "So desu ne" is unisex.

＠The OP, is it actually "So detsu ne?" Isn't it a typo of "desu ne", as Glenn-san pointed out? "Detsu" is a net slang and therefore basically used only as a written word. I've never heard it's actually used as a spoken word in a conversation even if in anime.
