What is the difference between "So detsu ne" and "So ne"

I watch anime with subtitle
I think they're similar but don't know what is the difference

For the purpose of watching anime via subtitles, it is safe to think of them as being identical.

Consider how in English we can shorten "do not" to "don't"; it is similar to that.

Have you considered actually learning Japanese?
 
"So ne" is more used by femaile, when it comes at the end of the sentence. "So desu ne" is unisex.
 
@The OP, is it actually "So detsu ne?" Isn't it a typo of "desu ne", as Glenn-san pointed out? "Detsu" is a net slang and therefore basically used only as a written word. I've never heard it's actually used as a spoken word in a conversation even if in anime.
