What does this say?

I bought an old N64 game called Yoshi's Story and I found this note inside it. I'm studying Japanese so I thought it would be useful to find out. I can read most of the symbols there, but I just can't translate it (I'm a noob). Could one of you guys be so kind and translate it for me? It's probably just game instructions or cheats, but hey, it's learning!
