according to google translate (and etc) what it looks like it means is he wants me write gift on the package i send him. is that what he wrote????

It's unsure what ゲット refers to, but it seems he is asking to write a receipt "To ゲット as ギフト代 (gift charges)", if my interpretation that ゲット is the customer's name is correct.
