With the new strict downloads / torrents regulations in Japan now, what are my options for watching American and British TV programmes when I get settled in there?
I enjoy watching new series/seasons such as Game of Thrones, True Detective, Downton Abbey, The Americans, Sherlock etc.
I'd prefer not to wait for the DVD sets (assuming they are released in Japan), but would not want to risk the fines and threatened prison time for downloading from a prohibited source.
What do the good people of the forum (or any friends you might know
) do to get around this issue?
