The typhoons aren't because of global warming. This year is not normal. The weather is strange all over the world, not because of industry, but the earth is getting warmer naturally.

heard this scientist talking about global warming a few months ago.. he was surprised no-one had brought up this simple matter before, and frankly so was I once he said it.

global warming isn't from just the industries, it's from everything, the industries play a very minor role in the big whole.. just think that every house with a heater, every car, every little lightbulb and a whole army of other little gadgets we've come to rely on emit heat... only very little one by one, but put together any kid that knows anything abouth maths can add it up and it'll soon become a radiator to heat the earth.

it'll "only" heat the world a few degrees, but that's jolly well enough to ruin stuff.

so why do we keep blaming the big industries and exhausts of cars?

I'll put my money on force of habit

but i dunno.. maybe the exhausts have something to do with it too...

this war certainly isn't helping any

actually industry and car emissions are the largest contributors...but volcanic activity also contributes to the cause. I'll add more to this later...after I get the kids off to school!

Typoon 23 or 24... I can't keep up already. Had to slip out of my wonderful onsen hotel just so I can go to the zoo of an airport to catch a quick flight back to Tokyo. Typhoons are a bummer... global warming? Of course... but it's much more than that.. the whole weather system is all screwed up.

if by minor you mean major, then yes you are correct.
