Use of なん in this だってなおいしそうなんだもん

I was wondering if anyone could explain the use of なん in the following sentence だっておいしそうなんだもん
Based on the following link ～だもん？ | Japan Forum だって and だもん makes it a childish because, while おいしそう is looks delicious. Which leaves the なん, anyone know?

e.g.
きれいな顔, 静かな部屋, 正確な答え,,,

grammatically identical to ~なのです, I wonder if it'd be considered a colloquialism or just youthful inflection.
