Urgent translation please

I am a newbie here. I am in a fix on deciding to buy a specific Toyota prius 2011 froma japan auction.
Really needed the translation of the COMMENTS area on the auction sheet. The words on the left of the car diagram on the auction sheet.
If anybody can help, I would take them for a spin in my new prius and also would be much obliged!
