Yes i got into e3 program .. Its great to hear from you... mechanical , it seems our fields are also same , although i am into robotics ....

its good to make some friends here ...

about japanese , even my japanese is not that good , only basic JLPT 4 level , but i am studying , you are from which country ??

Did you applied for the visa already ??

wow, robotics! Studying robotics in Japan is really something!

I am from Colombia, South America.

No, I haven't applied to Japanese visa yet. I just got the final confirmation yesterday! I called TUT and they told me they will send me 2 documents by mail: Certificate of Eligibility and Notice of Admission. Once I get those documents (next week, maybe) I will be able to apply for the visa.

I wanted to contact Japanese embassy in Colombia immediatly but they told me that it is better to wait next week...

Also about housing they told me that as a MEXT scholarship recipient I already have reserved a room in the University's dorms (at least for the first year)...

What about you? Mr.ankitravankar. Have you contacted Hokkaido University? How are flight schedule, visa and housing in your case supposed to be the arranged?? Please let me know.

nice to hear from you?where r u from?I didnot give any test. My supervised prof.and other profs take only oral test.I guess if u r nominated by university so its totally depend on ur supervised prof.Best of luck.

I don't know how the Undergraduate tests were since I applied for the CoTS, but I think they were a bit similar(except we don't have chemistry), but I heard from a student that it was hard(I don't count on it though!)
Stormbla, how did you manage your tests? have you taken them already? If not, the best of luck then!!

I live in montenegro. it's a small country located in southeastern europe.

yes. my test are "a bit" lite. But these last 5 befero exam make me so nervous.

I received it in my permanant address.They sent Letter of acceptance, Pledge form, ticket application form, instruction and brussiere .
I hope, u will get soon.
