no, nothing about the supervisor. I was applied through japanese university, unlike the embassy, i have to win university recommendation at first, so that respective university can recommend to MEXT and I made it, I got the university recommendation. The university had submitted my application form and etc to MEXT for final decision. Just like the stage in emabssy application which someone had passed the interview, got the LoA and wait for the final decision from MEXT that would be announced in next year. I was in this kind of final stage, waited for the final decision but don't get it. My prof never turn down to me so as his university. The MEXT did. You know what I mean?
