Trying to Translate a Card

Hey guys,

I'm getting into a Japanese game, but for the life of me I can't translate some elements on a card. I know quite a bit of the card, but the Kanji is just way too complex for me. Can anyone help me out?

時間: time
進化: evolution
ようりょく: since the monster is a 妖怪, presumably this is 妖力 (spirit power)
バスターズコマンド: busters command
特殊効果: special effect
特徴: characteristics

How come you couldn't read the hiragana/katakana words?

Also, its skill is "くそまじめ"?!

Because I'm awful at this. I'm still just starting out with learning, and I'm really bad =/

I'm also trying to figure this out - おおバサミ

Part of the problem is I get the direct translations, but my contextual strength is missing.

バサミ is the rendaku form of ハサミ, scissors. So おおバサミ = big scissors.
